Use this public form to request deletion of a Deep Root Software company account or protected information that cannot reasonably be removed from the normal dashboard tools.

Authorized dashboard users can already delete routine operational records such as employees, customers, time logs, and notes. This form is for account-level deletion, owner/admin login information, billing/contact information, or other privacy requests that require Deep Root Software review. We may need to verify your identity or authority before deleting account or company data.
